MARK WILSON
As Founder of EMPOWER IMPACT, MARK WILSON is a HIGHLY-SKILLED facilitator, EXPERT strategy consultant, and trusted coach and advisor.
Mark brings 15 years of experience working with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions, such as Year Up, Clear Impact, University of Maryland, Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, and Policy Studies Associates.
He holds two Master’s degrees in Sociology and Social Work and has a deep background and expertise in Results-Based Accountability/Facilitation, Change Management Methodologies, Cross-Sector Leadership, Employee Engagement/Culture Building, Research, Analytics and Professional Coaching at all levels.
Through all of his efforts, Mark seeks to bring clarity and focus where there is ambiguity and lack of direction. He helps organizations build empowering cultures that achieve results, aligns teams to a common identity and operating norms, and coaches leaders to overcome identified and unconscious obstacles. Mark’s goal is to help clients achieve immediate short-term results with a sustainable and energizing plan for continued success in the future.
